I shot that picture of Madeleine playing the piano several years ago. Actually she doesn't study piano. But it tickled me.
We only expect what they can deliver, people. They can excel academically. If they couldn't, I'd feel bad because I would like them to continue the Family Tradition, but I wouldn't love them any less.
