...writes Madeleine's teacher.  Being a proud mom, I can't resist sharing her original poem with you. She wrote about our vacation last year at Folly Beach.

Three By Three

Wait no longer.

Bags already packed.

On our way.

Here we come.

We're finally here.

Excitement bursts forth.

A beautiful place

Bags now unpacked

Feels like home.

Lots to do

Places to go

Meet new friends

Eat new food

Walk on beach.

Sun feels good.

Very strong waves.

 
 Smells like salt.

Out to eat

Delicious crab cakes

Keep the claws?

Many days pass

Vacation almost ending

Sylvia is gone

Fun is gone

Time to pack

Ready to Go?

Photos are saved.

Memories to keep

Will never forget

This amazing place.
