Natural Childbirth Sucks

I don't get the smugness that women who have "natural homebirths" have. I don't get natural childbirth either. Nada. Zip. Zippo. Zilch.


Hell, I don't even want natural periods.


If you did natural childbirth, good for you. If you did unnatural childbirth, I still think you're a hero. Anybody who has ever given birth, my hat is off to you. Seriously.


Believe me if I had ever popped out a puppy I would have insisted on drugs during conception, to borrow a Joan Rivers joke.


And while I was absolutely excoriated with the most hateful venom that I have ever seen displayed in 8 years on the net while attempting to "help"..posted this link on a famous infertility site....all I can say is Hollie almost lost her son doing natural childbirth in a birthing center.


Sure, it's a one in a million thing.


Sure, things go wrong in hospitals, too.
